Remote Online Notarizations (RON)

The Notary and signer meet remotely from different locations using audio-visual communication technology, and the notarization is typically performed remotely using electronic signatures and records  Please note that California does not currently allow CA certified Notaries Public to perform RON, however, this could potentially change and we plan to be ready to provide this option if passed. However, feel free to research these established RON signing platforms and agents.
